Hello world!

I suppose I should introduce myself. My name is Heidi, and I live in Colorado with my husband and two preschool children. We plan to start the homeschooling adventure next year.
I am starting this blog so that I can participate in Book Review Friday. Other methods of coaxing myself to study my Bible just have not been working. And I am sure I will think of other things to write about as well.

I’m always delighted to learn about someone who is doing homeschooling. It is so much more likely that children will learn something useful — such as history, geography, literature, language, art — and avoid those things that are not useful — such as drugs, sex, violence, and anti-Christian sentiment. God bless you in your endeavor. I hope your kids appreciate what you’re doing!
