Monday: beef kidney (I let my husband go to the store without me)
Tuesday: Aztec steak with some kind of vegetable
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Pan-Roasted Cod on a Bed of Cabbage and Apples
Friday: Campbell’s® Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole
Saturday: more leftovers

I just got back from our church’s women’s retreat (which was awesome!), so I’m still trying to catch up and get my life organized. This is what we plan to eat for supper this week:
Monday: scrambled eggs, leftovers, oranges
Tuesday: Aztec steak (recipe from Supper Solutions)
Wednesday: Salmon with Lemony White Beans
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: not sure yet
